3 LESSONS from 2023
Just win. Nobody cares; the support and cheers you receive before and after every major accomplishment are often greatly distinct. The masses only show support when it’s popular to do so—after you’ve won. That's right; no one could care more about your battles than you because everyone is fighting theirs and cannot inherit yours. Find inner strength and cherish your genuine allies, as kindness is often transactional. Your battles are yours alone—fight and win for yourself.
Motivation is overrated; it ignites the drive and emotion (passion) to begin anything, but like every fleeting emotion, it always withers with time or dies in the face of hardship. Relying on how you feel before getting things done often limits your chances of getting to the finish line. Know this before committing to any course because you’re likely to quit when the excitement (motivation) is gone. Discipline, commitment, and consistency through action are the fuel you need to accomplish everything you set your mind to. You don’t need motivation, as you’ll only perform based on your mood.
Happiness is not a goal. If we hunt for happiness, we overemphasize pleasure at the expense of purpose. Happiness or pleasure comes naturally from capturing the things that matter to us. By defining what matters to you and working consistently towards it, you find satisfaction within yourself. Don't chase happiness as a goal; it's a by-product of meaningful actions. If you keep looking for joy and happiness from the popular stance, that’s people’s definition and validation of true happiness—you won’t find it. Like hitting the gym for body goals, joy and happiness follow as natural by-products of your efforts.

4 MOTIVATION for 2024!
Keep moving regardless; Life is like a bicycle; the moment you stop moving, you lose balance. It doesn't matter the speed; being on the right road and not stopping are the keys.
You are what you focus on; Guard your energy and operate with a first-things-first approach. If it won’t matter tomorrow, why give it attention today? Before you start the race, ask yourself if it is worth it. Then again focus on Jesus.
You can’t stumble into a better you; Your next stage of elevation requires a better version of your physical, spiritual, and psychological makeup, hence the need to take inventory of the now and work towards the next.
The hard talks prevent the hard moments; In connection with dealing with the people around you, it is very important to communicate expectations rather than judge people based on your unspoken expectations. A common sit-down conversation can prevent a lot of hard moments in relationships.
